7. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete product descriptions, pricing, and availability.
  • Shipping products in a timely manner and providing tracking information to Buyers.
  • Handling returns, refunds, and customer inquiries related to their products.

Sellers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the sale of their products.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Provide accurate shipping and payment information.
  • Pay for the products purchased in accordance with the specified payment methods.
  • Inspect products upon delivery and report any issues or discrepancies to the Seller or Shopbee.

9. Payment Terms

Shopbee accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfers. All transactions are subject to the applicable fees, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Sellers are responsible for shipping products to Buyers. Shopbee is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. Sellers must provide accurate shipping details and ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner.

11. Return and Refund Policy

a. Customers can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. However, certain products, like perishable goods such as fresh fruits, may have a shorter return period due to their limited shelf life.

b. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

c. The return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise specified by the Seller.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Shopbee, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shopbee or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shopbee provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any products listed. Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopbee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shopbee, its affiliates, and their respective employees, directors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
